Assistant Nurse Manager- Telemetry
Full Time * Night Shift

As an essential part of our Cardiac Telemetry Department, the Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily patient care activities, personnel management and facilitating a stable and organized work environment through leadership, direction and delegation to provide and maintain quality nursing care.
Responsibilities include the following:
•Promoting staff growth and development
•Participating in the evaluation process and counseling procedures
•Determining and effectuating management decisions
•Evaluating performance and the direction of staff
To qualify, you must have a BSN, current NYS RN License, and 2-3 years of Med/Surg experience. Superior oral/written communication, decision-making, motivational, analytical and team building skills will be expected. Management experience preferred.
