Board Certified Behavior Analyst Maryland Mid-Atlantic Human Service Corp. / Pieces of Wonder Center for Behavior Services, a leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, is currently seeking a highly qualified Behavior Analyst to supervise behavior analytic services for a caseload of children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum in a center based setting. Utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based support to our clients, their families, and our staff in our Pieces of Wonder Center for Behavior Services program (POW). POW provides early intervention to children up to the age of six years old. Under the direction of The Director of Children’s Services, who is also a BCBA, the Behavior Analyst will be instrumental in growing our center based program. The Behavior Analyst’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting functional behavior, criterion-referenced and other comprehensive assessments, development of the treatment plans, development of behavior support plans, parent trainings, and supervising and training behavior therapists who implement the 1:1 treatment. Our Ideal Candidate BCBA MD-Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible to apply A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum and related disorders in a clinical, home-based, or school setting Full knowledge of the verbal operants based on Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior Exposure to the Verbal Behavior Approach Strong written and oral communication skills Our BCBA's enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals and believe in a healthy work/life balance.
