Occupational Therapist (OT)

A local Healthcare Facility is looking for a Occupational Therapist to join their team! With a growing patient base expansion has been their only option. Someone with a passion for the rehabilitation and recovery of each individual is the perfect fit for this role. Come and join a highly motivated and supportive team!

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by the appropriate State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

Preferred:

  • A Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delays.
  • Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition, needs, and medical history
  • Develop a treatment plan for patients geared toward achieving a set of goals
  • Educate a patient's family and employer about how to accommodate and care for the patient
  • Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $105,000 Salary
  • Very accommodating benefits package
