Area 23 an award winning agency part of FCB Health is seeking an SVP, Creative Director of Art to leads several key brands at the agency.
The SVP Creative Director is responsible for collaborating with creative, account, strategic, and media management to develop and recommend advertising initiatives to meet the clients marketing strategies and objectives. With their account partner, they share responsibility for brand strategy, team cohesion, client management, and creative quality. The SVP Creative Director knows how to develop great work as well as great people. They lead by example and are ambassadors of the agency internally and externally, as well as leaders in new business pitches. As part of the senior management team, the SVP Creative Director embraces new opportunities for the agency and turns them into realities.
* Develop overall marketing strategies. Evaluate creative strategy and execution of all new work. * Develop smart, single-minded ideas that are on strategy. Works collaboratively with creative and account partners. Direct members of staff to ensure proper production of campaign elements. * Command workflow and conceptual direction of the account * Skillfully produces work across all channels. Understanding marketing plans including objectives and strategies and how success will be measured. Contribute innovative ideas and tactics appropriate to client marketing strategy. Participate in strategic and tactical meetings to develop effective campaign reflecting the clients objectives. Generate new and innovative creative strategies and ideas to meet creative objectives. * Responsible for establishing and maintaining the reputation of the agency/network as a creative
